The property overall was clean and homey, had perfect location and staff. I loved the room with modern amenities. A shower, hair dryers and guest toiletries was a plus.

Ideal small hotel, its location and staff were very good. There were central heating, a safe box and TV set in the room, loved that.

We had an excellent time.

Excellent service, although a few employees were a bit rude. The room was large and with very comfy beds. The location was fab - just 5 minutes' walk from Gu San Sebastian.

The venue is entertaining, food is great, surprisingly quiet location close to everything. It's worth staying here and exploring San Sebastian Old Town district.

We didn't have time, but we would stay there again. Wonderful soft drinks, spirits, wines and champagne in the salad bar, safe parking place.

Would happily return and would recommend it. The hotel is spotless, with totally professional personal, and offers absolutely fabulous location short walk to the beach, the river, all the night life. Convenient to have a bar in the lobby.

Neat place, spectacular location, outstanding staff. Our rooms were extra comfortable and airy. Even though you guys made our stay wonderful, beds were quite uncomfortable...

The room is reasonably priced. Lots of options, delicious food. You can't help enjoying PERFECT service! Need to be mentioned, it had free wifi throughout the property.

Bright room, outstanding view, and obliging staff. All in all it's neat place, they have lovely beds.
